and almost anatomical re-alignment of the broken spine, and he recovered from his
cauda equina lesion including return of bladder and bowel function and was able to walk
with the help of walking aids.
Conclusions
From all these observations, classifications of fractures and dislocations of the
vertebral column can be summarized as follows.
